Pay As you Go Support

As a third option, Washlink also offers “as needed” Pay as You Go (PAYG) service. PAYG enhances our Basic Support plan by offering a faster response time as well as extended contact hours. A PAYG support hours are:

Pay as You Go Support Hours

Weekday Business Hours: Mon - Fri, 7am – 6pm Pacific
Emergency Weekday Hours: Mon - Fri, 5am – 7am, and 6pm - 8pm Pacific
Emergency Weekend Hours: Sat and Sun, 5am – 8pm  Pacific

PAYG support requires no contract, and instead is billed at an hourly rate:

Pay as You Go Hourly Rates

Weekday Business Hours: $150 for the first 30 minutes, $75 per 30 minutes after 
Non Business Hours:  at overtime rate based on time and day

If you elect to take advantage of PAYG support, please indicate so and be prepared to present your credit card information. Your Washlink Technical Support team member will need this information before proceeding.

* An “Emergency” is defined as not being able to wash cars, and/or not being able to process sales transactions via “Saleslink”, the Washlink point of sale system. All other issues are not considered emergencies and therefore will not be responded to within Emergency Hours. However, they will of course be handled in order of receipt during Premium Support weekday business hours.
