The WashLink system is made up of two rugged and reliable systems that combine to deliver a comprehensive solution. Each system comes with highly functional features and options that allow you to customize WashLink to your specific needs. Thanks to the modular hardware components, unlimited database size, and easy scalability at single or multiple sites, WashLink offers unlimited opportunities to grow—how and when you wish.
WashLink also does away with proprietary hardware, software and marketing products that make you dependent on a single vendor. Open-source software, off-the shelf hardware, self-generated coupons, and full documentation provided for each system give you the freedom to market your business and program, maintain, repair, and upgrade your system.
As a WashLink customer, you also receive call-back or Web-based technical support available 24 hours a day, with no annual service contract required.
WashLink Equipment Controller
WashLink combines rugged programmable logic controllers (PLCs) with an easy-to-use Windows® interface to setup, control, and monitor equipment onsite or via the Web.
Eliminates downtime
With WashLink, you’ll never lose money to system downtime. Unlike PC-based tunnel control systems that often fall prey to Windows-related problems, WashLink PLCs never shut down and never need to be restarted. Built to withstand the harsh car wash environment with UL-listed components, the PLC-driven system and flexible cabling also eliminates downtime caused when moving parts or wires break.
Offers flexible design and easy upgrades
The WashLink Equipment Controller offers standard and optional features that allow you maximum design flexibility. On-the fly adjustment lets you adjust functions without losing valuable revenue. And because WashLink uses off-the-shelf PLCs, it’s easy to repair and expand to add new features. Features and options include:
- 64-functions standard per enclosure with unlimited expansion
- Communication via industrial Ethernet for ultimate dependability across all components and functions
- Simulated pulse, look-back functions, conveyor/equipment auto off
- Start-up/warning horn and wet-down function
- Built-in anti-collision controls
- Roller-raiser controls with anti-jam feature
- Hand/auto switches, isolation relays, individual fuses, and blown fuse indicators on ALL functions

Optional expansion modules available for the WashLink Equipment Controller include: Car Stacking, Chemical Management, Self-Service Control, and Vacuum Management.
WashLink Hydraulic Accu-Pulse
Also available with the system, WashLink’s Hydraulic Accu-Pulse provides accurate, reliable pulse detection using your conveyor motor return hydraulic flow. Rock-solid construction using quality components requires minimal maintenance and allows you to monitor hydraulic levels with ease.
WashLink Cash Management
The WashLink Cash Management system offers all reporting and export functions available in today’s most popular systems but operates independent of the equipment controller to eliminate downtime caused by terminal or software problems. Cash Management also brings you today’s mobility technology, allowing Internet access via secure login and delivering reports and alerts via email and text messaging.
Components of the system include feature-rich management and reporting applications, a full-featured industrial PC that functions as a programmable cash register, sturdy 15” touch screen, shockproof and waterproof wireless sales terminal that stands up to car tires and other hazards, biometric (fingerprint) time clock, multiple cash drawers, integrated three-line card reader, and more. Everything you need, designed specifically to meet the needs and challenges of the car wash environment comes standard with the system.
